Fees & FAQ
Private-pay practice offering focused, consistent care. In person in Santa Monica and online across California.
Fees
Individual Therapy
(50 minutes)
$350 per session
couples therapy
(75 minutes)
$600 per session
Extended INDIVIDUAL sessions
(75 minutes)
$525 per session
Note: Couples sessions are longer by design to allow time to slow the pattern, work with escalation/shutdown patterns, and practice repair without rushing. Extended individual sessions are available by request when more time would support the work.
Insurance & Superbills
I’m a private-pay provider and I do not take insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance carrier as a courtesy. For questions about your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance carrier before scheduling.

Sessions are held weekly. The depth work I specialize in requires consistent contact to build momentum. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Logistics:

Who This Work Is Not Right For
I'm not the right fit for everyone. I don't work with active addiction, active eating disorders, acute crisis requiring immediate stabilization, domestic violence situations, or anyone involved in litigation, including personal injury cases, workers' compensation claims, or custody disputes. I also don't work with court-referred clients.
If any of that applies, I'm glad to help you find appropriate resources. Finding the right therapist matters more than finding any therapist.
Questions You Might Have
-
Weekly. The kind of work I do requires consistent contact for lasting change. As therapy progresses, we may eventually space sessions as part of a planned transition.
-
Yes. I meet in person in Santa Monica and online for residents of California.
-
I don't offer a sliding scale, but if cost is a concern, I'm happy to provide referrals to colleagues who may be a better fit.
-
We talk, and we also pay attention to what's happening in your body as we talk. Patterns that started early often live in the nervous system, not just the mind. Somatic work helps your system learn new responses, not just new insights. There's more detail on my Somatic Therapy page.
-
We’ll discuss what you’re seeking, how I work, logistics and fees, and whether we’re a good fit. If another resource would serve you better, I’ll offer referrals.
-
Short-term therapy can address a specific issue in a few months. The attachment and developmental work I specialize in usually takes longer, often one to three years. We'll check in regularly about what's working and adjust as needed.
-
Many of my clients have. If insight hasn't translated into feeling different, it may be that talk therapy addressed the mind but not the nervous system. That's where somatic work comes in.
-
It's natural for therapy to feel uncomfortable at times. Growth often does. But there's a difference between productive discomfort and poor fit. If something feels off, I invite you to say so. Sometimes the most useful sessions come from naming what isn't landing. And if after giving it a real try we're not a good match, I'll help you find someone who may be a better fit.
